How I became a better Photographer

During my time in this class I have learned many new things about photography, because of these new skills I feel I have a already became a few steps closer to becoming a professional photographer. Some of the new skills I learned in this class is lighting, everyone knows that lighting is essential to a picture but some do not know that there are different types of lighting that if you get in the right position you can get effects that professionals use on their models. Another essential skill I learned in this class is how to set up a camera for a motion Picture, because of this new skill I can now take pictures of sport games or of a highway and edit it to the point where it looks like a lot of drag lines.
some other skills I learned are how to edit different types of pictures, how to shoot pictures in dark areas, how to do photos in Depth of the Field. The first thing I learned in this class is Textures and lighting basics, this project taught me how to take pictures of different texture items. My favorite was the Color Sampling project because I got to take pictures of anything I wanted and because of this I found a cool old school bus and got to edit it in different ways. My favorite part of this project was the editing. This class taught me so many new skills and I feel because of these new skills I am a few steps away from becoming a professional Photographer.

This is the first picture I ever worked on in this class, this is probably one of my first pictures I ever took while in this class. This picture is apart of the Composition Project
This is the most recent picture I took. This picture is a nice picture because it has two different colors and its split in the middle of her face with two different colors on both sides.

Both of these helped me become a better Photographer in different ways. One taught one how to set up a picture for a certain style, the other taught me how to edit and take a Portrait picture.
